Freight Requests (New Options)
To help us provide you with a more acurate freight evaluation, MoDraw is now asking for (3) additionnal (yes/no) questions :
- Residential address
- Special delivery (i.e. Mall, Army base, White glove, work site, ...)
- Secured Access (appointment required)
Special Delivery
If your shipment requires a special delivery, please includes all the details in the note field.
Pickup by Customer
For customers who want to provide their own shipping, click on Shipping Method and select Pickup by Customer.
At any point, you can change the Shipping Method and go back to Shipped by Montel.
The fees will be automatically ajdusted.
Pickup Fees
Depending on your address, pickup fees will be applied.

Sometimes, negative measures are shown as invalid. This is now fixed.
